We produce and engrave trophy plates and custom award components for sports teams, schools, corporate events, community organizations, and more. Our engraving is clean, accurate, and professionally finished to ensure every award looks exceptional on presentation day.

NOTE: We do not engrave jewely. Our expertise is in trophies, medals, awards, name tags, etc.

ENGRAVING AND SUBLIMATION SERVICES & PRICING

At Oakville Trophies and Engraving, we offer high-quality custom engraving and sublimation on trophies, plaques, medals, and more. Whether you’re adding names, messages, logos, or artwork, our team takes pride in making sure every detail looks just right.

Please Note:
Our standard engraving pricing includes basic text and simple logo placement. Projects that go beyond this—such as complex layouts, custom artwork, or logo adjustments—may require additional graphic design time. These services are billed at our shop rate of $50 per hour.

If a true vector file (such as AI, EPS, or SVG) is not provided, logo rework or conversion may be required to ensure the best engraving results. We’re always happy to review your files in advance and guide you on the most cost-effective approach.

Some items may also require extra care or special handling. If your project involves unusual materials, intricate designs, or detailed logos, we may need to assess the item before confirming pricing.

The pricing outlined below excludes glass, crystal, and acrylic products. Due to the unique nature of these materials, a separate quotation will be provided.

Artwork Proofs
To keep smaller engraving orders fast and cost-effective, we typically proceed without proofs for standard text layouts.

A free artwork proof is included for orders of $250 or more, or for projects that involve more detailed design work. This includes one revision.
If you would like a proof for a smaller order, we’re happy to provide one for a $20 design fee (also including one revision).

EXPEDITED ENGRAVING SERVICES

We understand that sometimes you need things in a hurry. We offer expedited production options to help meet tighter deadlines.

Expedited service fees are as follows:
• 2-week turnaround: 10% of the order total or $10 minimum, whichever is greater
• 1-week turnaround: 15% of the order total or $15 minimum, whichever is greater
• 48-hour turnaround: 20% of the order total or $20 minimum, whichever is greater

All expedited services are subject to availability. Availability may be limited due to existing rush orders already in progress, or if the size or complexity of a project exceeds what can be completed within the requested timeframe.

Expedited production timelines do not include shipping transit times. Delivery times for shipped orders will depend on the carrier and shipping method selected.
