- Laser & Diamond-Rotary Engraving: High-precision services for metals, acrylics, wood, and select products like tumblers and business cards
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU ENGRAVE?
We use modern, state-of-the-art laser engraving systems along with precision diamond-rotary engraving to deliver crisp, clean, and professional results on a wide range of materials.

NOTE: We do not engrave jewely. Our expertise is in trophies, medals, awards, name tags, etc.
CAN I BRING MY OWN TROPHY OR ITEM FOR ENGRAVING?
We can engrave and mount plates on trophies, plaques, or medals purchased from us and for many trophies purchased elsewhere. Since not all materials or products are compatible with our engraving equipment, we recommend contacting us first to see if we can work with your item.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER IF I AM ORDERING THROUGH ONE OF THE CATALOGUES?
It’s easy to get started:
- Call us, email us, or book an appointment to visit the showroom
- Let us know which products you’re interested in and your engraving detail.
- We’ll confirm pricing, provide a proof if needed, and move your order into production
CAN I CUSTOMIZE WITH NAMES, DATES OR LOGOS?
Yes! All trophies, plaques, and awards from the custom catalogues can be personalized with names, dates, messages, or your logo where indicated. Please note: Custom engraving is not included in the trophy cost.
WHAT FILE TYPE DO I NEED TO SEND?
For engraving, we require a high-quality, true vector file, such as AI, EPS, or SVG, to ensure clean, precise results. For sublimation, we can work with AI, EPS, PDF, SVG files, as well as high-resolution PNG, JPG, or JPEG images. If your logo or image needs to be cleaned up, redrawn, or converted to the proper format, a minimum $35 graphic design fee will apply.
DO I GET TO PREVIEW MY ENGRAVING BEFORE PRODUCTION?
For large or complex orders, we provide a digital proof upon request. Standard orders are engraved exactly as you enter your text, so please double-check spelling and details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY OR CHARGE?
Yes. A $35 minimum charge applies to all orders—whether trophies, plaques, medals, or engraving—to cover setup and production costs.
TIMELINE
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Custom Orders (Catalogues): Typically 3 weeks, depending on product and volume .
- Engraving: Laser & diamond drag work is completed quickly; timelines depend on order size—contact us for specifics.
- Rush service may available. Please call to check.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
Yes. If you have a tight deadline, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

We offer standard and expedited options through Canada Post and trusted courier partners or pickup in Oakville.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Because our products are personalized, they are final sale. However, if there is an error on our part (spelling, engraving, or product quality issue), we will fix it or replace it at no cost.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
